The settings for the IP address are in the menu Setup
-> Host Comm
.
The network setup needs to be done in 1 TCP/IP
-> TCP/IP
-> Detailed Setup
.
It is necessary to change the network communication of the fanuc according to your network.
Make sure, that the robot and robobrain® system are in the same IP address range and the subnet mask is matching the IP address settings.
Create a new host to enable the communication between the robobrain® system and the FANUC controller. Name the host "RAP" and give it the iP address of the robobrain® system.
Please ensure to use the correct ethernet port on the robobrain® system.
After the settings are done, the connection can be tested using the ping
button.
Go back to Setup -> Host Comm, select SM
and press [SHOW]
On the popup menu, select 2 Clients

Select C4:
and press DETAIL
Setup the tag similar to the following screenshot, the Server IP
has to match your local circumstances
Make sure to set the startup state to "DEFINE".
